Independent Services - Non-Refundable Refund Policy
At Independent Services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any purchases under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Unused or partially used services

Scheduling conflicts or cancellations by the customer
Exceptions:
Refunds may only be granted if required by law or in cases where the service provided is significantly different from what was agreed upon due to an error on our part. Any such claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion and require valid proof, such as photos or documentation.
