​Comprehensive Liability and Notice Policy

​1. General Liability Waiver: Independent Service LLC and Peter Tsouchlos (collectively, the "Company") shall not be held liable for any personal injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies that occur on any worksite, property, or premises owned, managed, or operated by the Company. This waiver applies to all third parties, including but not limited to:

​Contractors and Subcontractors

​Employees and Staff

​Renters and Lessees

​2. Illegal Materials and Contraband: The Company maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal substances and contraband. Independent Service LLC and Peter Tsouchlos shall not be held responsible or liable for the presence, discovery, or legal consequences of any contraband, hazardous materials, or illegal items found on any site or property occupied by contractors, subcontractors, renters, lessees, or employees.

​3. Acknowledgement of Policy and Duty to Read:

It is the sole responsibility of the contractor, subcontractor, renter, lessee, or employee to read and fully understand all policies, terms, and conditions set forth by the Company.

​Knowledge of Policy: The failure of any individual to read, review, or understand this policy does not exempt them from its terms or from being held fully responsible for any violations.

​Notice: Lack of knowledge or claims of ignorance regarding these stipulations shall not be a valid defense against the enforcement of this policy. Accessing the worksite or occupying the premises constitutes an agreement to these terms.

​4. Indemnification: All parties agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Independent Service LLC and Peter Tsouchlos from any and all claims, damages, or legal fees arising from personal injury or the discovery of illegal materials on the premises.

​"NOTICE: Entry or occupancy constitutes acceptance of all Independent Service LLC safety and liability policies. Ignorance of these policies does not exempt any party from responsibility."
