  MEET THE CHIEF.

   Peter Tsouchlos is a seasoned CEO with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry.
Mr. Tsouchlos maintains a safety and efficiency first mindset making his company a responsible steward for all stakeholders involved; the customer, the worker, and the community.
   He holds OSHA 40 certification and an abatement supervisor license for Indiana, showcasing his commitment to safety, education, and compliance. He spent 8 years working with Department of Defense contractors at NSA Crane in Indiana.
   Mr. Tsouchlos got his first construction experience with helping build the family home when he was but 7 years old.
   After serving in the Indiana Army National Guard, Peter earned a degree in Business Management and furthered his education in Public Relations, Marketing, Philosophy, and Artistic Design.
   While acquiring an ASE certification in auto mechanics, Mr. Tsouchlos served as an active general manager ,landlord and maintenance technician for different property management groups in south central Indiana. Peter located underground utilities in several counties across the state as a subcontractor. In this capacity a keen knowledge was developed of the local geography and unique relationships were developed with contractors, utility providers and municipal workers some of which became life long friendships.
  Active in his community, he volunteers as a Freemason, Shriner, and has coached Little for 15 years, in addition to serving with the Greene County Economic Committee. Specializing in custom interior design, Peter combines his diverse expertise to deliver exceptional results that exceed customer expectations in every project.
